Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation DS-GVO) 2016/679 as ‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier’.
Personal data is, in simpler terms, any information about you that enables you to be identified. Personal data covers obvious information such as your name and contact details, but it also covers less obvious information such as identification numbers, electronic location data, and other online identifiers.
You can use our website without providing personal data (e.g. name, address, date of birth, sex, e-mail, payment data, telephone number, job title, information about your historic product selections etc.). When using our website, only the data which is transferred automatically from your internet browser to our web server when accessing our website is saved. We only save your IP address during the usage process (so-called session ID). A user-based analysis of this data does not take place. We only collect personal data, if you transmit them to us while ordering products on our website, through sending an e-mail in any voluntary way. We use these in accordance with legal regulations (Art. 6 Abs. 1f DS-GVO), exclusively for the purposes of justification, execution and processing of the contractual relationship and sales contracts. Your personal data and a summary of your orders are stored by us to offer a faster and better service to you in the future. We only disseminate your personal data when dissemination is necessary for the purposes of justification, execution and processing of the contractual relationship and sales contracts with you (e.g. for the delivery of the order). Furthermore, we only forward your personal data when you have explicitly agreed to this dissemination or transmission (Art. 6 Abs. 1a DS-GVO). Moreover, transmission of your personal data only occurs where we are legally obliged to do so (Art. 6 Abs. 1c DS-GVO). In all other cases, your personal data will not be transmitted to a third party.
We will only store or transfer your personal data within the European Economic Area (the “EEA”). The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. This means that your personal data will be fully protected under the GDPR or to equivalent standards by law.
RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Your data will be stored as long as we have a contractual relationship or until you request their deletion, as well as for the time required to fulfil our legal obligations.
YOUR RIGHT AS A DATA SUBJECT

If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details of that personal data and for a copy of it (Art.15 DS-GVO). This is known as a “subject access request”. All subject access requests should be made in writing and sent by mail or letter. There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding. We will respond to your subject access request within 14 days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time.
You will have at anytime the right to correct your data (Art.16 DS-GVO) or to delete the kept information (Art.17 DS-GVO) by us. You can restrict the usage of your data by law (Art.18 DS-GVO). Moreover you will have the right to appeal at any official data supervisory authority (Art.77 DS-GVO i. V. m. §19 BDSG).
If you would like to receive our newsletter, we will only send it to you after your explicit consent, which you give us with your dispatch of the filled-out web form that is necessary to receive the newsletter. Provided that you have given your consent to the receipt of the newsletter, we process and use the personal data, which you quoted for this purpose, exclusively for our own advertising measures. We will not pass your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes. You can revoke your consent to receiving the newsletter at any time by unsubscribe.
Google will use this data to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports about the website activities for the website operators and to provide other services related to the usage of the website and the internet.
