FAULHABER Products are available online on www.faulhaber-products.com. When you have decided which product or bag will suit you best, click on the “Add to cart” button. You can click on the shopping trolley icon on the right side to view your order and make sure it is correct before proceeding to the checkout page, which is opening in a new tab.
You will be given the total amount due, as well as instructions on how to pay. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information.
Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing.

Your item is not reserved once you add to cart. Once you begin the checkout process the item will be reserved for 5 minutes to allow you to complete your purchase.
All our products are handcrafted by skilled professionals in Europe. If a product is marked as out of stock, we are on the way to restock it for you as soon as possible. If the item you are interested in is out of stock, but offering a "Pre-Order"-Button please click „Pre-Order“ on the product page.
FAULHABER products are also available to pre-order online at www.faulhaber-products.com. Due to limited productions, we are offering pre-orders to receive a product bevor it is available somewhere else. All our pre-orders might take up to 8 weeks upon delivery. Delivery Details will send with order confirmation.
When you have decided for pre-order, click on the “Pre-Order” button. You can buy it as usual by clicking on the shopping trolley icon on the right side to view your order. Make sure it is correct before proceeding to the checkout page, which is opening in a new tab. After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the approximately delivery date. Once we received your payment, we will dispatch you on the order list to receive the products before beeing available in our online shop. As soon as available you will receive your product.
If we have removed an item from our online shop means we have sold out and not restock it again. We are working on our products constantly, means that you might have the chance to get an optimised version of your beloved product. Do not hersitate to contact us (email@example.com) to get information about the item´s future. Moreover we will help you to find the removed product, if it is still available, at one of our selected forward-thinking retailers worldwide.
If you have contacted us, we will response as soon as possible. If you did not received an automated confirmation email from our custom care service (firstname.lastname@example.org), you will need to resend the message, due to technical problems. We do our best to avoid problems and answering all emails and enquiries as soon as possible.

Shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
If you are ordering more than one product at once, we will charge only one shipping amount. The system will automatically calculate the weight and dimensions of all items and select the appropriate parcel and cost.
You are provided with a tracking number or tracking link, that will be sent to you via email once your order is payed and has shipped.
All orders take approximately 24 to 48 hours to be processed. When finalised you will be notified via email and supplied with a tracking number or tracking link, so you can check the status of your order.
Our prefered couriers are DHL, GLS and DPD.
The amount on delivery costs will depend on many factors, size, weight and destination. We usually ship with the best option for your delivery. Please find information about your courier in your shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Nevertheless if you are not satisfied with any product, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.
FAULHABER will accept returns for domestic handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must in its unused, original condition, also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Incomplete, damaged or altered items will not be accepted.
The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery order.
If you would like to return or exchange your FAULHABER product please contact us beforehand in the event of a return and send us an email with your order confirmation and reason of return at: email@example.com. We will send you a return-form and assist you with everything you need.
