How long will a delivery take?

All orders take approximately 24 hours to be processed. Deliveries within Germany will take 1-4 working days, for other deliveries in Europe up to 6 days. You will be notified via email and supplied with a tracking number of DHL.

What does "made to order" mean?

This products are exclusively made on your request within a short time. You can decide the color and alterations can be made directly. This allows us to keep the production in Berlin and not overproduce. Return policy of "made to order" is different!

WHERE ARE FAULHABER PRODUCTS made?

All our collection products are handcrafted in Europe, for details click on "manufacturing" toggle on the product page.

If a product is out of stock?

Just send us an email and ask for pre-order or customization. All our products are handcrafted by skilled professionals in Europe and do not follow any seasons or trends. May you beloved item is currently in reproduction.

What does "pre order" mean?

This products are not on stock and being crafted on your request. Hence these products have an individual delivery date, that is set individually and due to the requested requirements. Refund is different to stock products.

Can I return a Product?

If you are not satisfied, you have the chance to return it within 14 days after delivery date. Please send us beforehand an email with your order confirmation and reason of return at: returns@faulhaber-products.com. We will send you a return-form and assist you with everything you need.

Important info for retuning goods

We accept returns that are refunded in their original condition. Goods must be in its unused, original condition, also include the original box, dust bags and original tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted. "Pre order" and "made to order" items can not be refunded as usual.

Can I cancel my Purchase?

You can revoke the purchase in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) within 24 hours without statement of reasons. The right of withdrawal for “pre-order” products is partly not accepted, due to the way of processing.

Can I return a "pre order" item?

We accept returns for "pre order" items that are refunded in their original condition. Moreover "pre order" are just refunded with 50% of its price into a voucher or gift card for our online shop.

Can I return a "made to order" Item?

Not really. This products are exclusively crafted on your purchase, therefore it just can be refunded in special cases and only into another size. Exchange and return is excluded. Contact us beforhand for assistance or help.

Can I visit the studio and Showroom?

Yes, you are welcome! Please feel free to book an exclusive appointment with us. Or attend to one of our workshops lend in the studio. We are happy to meet you personally.
