All orders take approximately 24 to 48 hours after full payment to be processed. When finalised you will be notified via confirmation email and supplied with a tracking number or tracking link, so you can check the status of your order. We aim to dispatch all orders to Germany within 2 business days, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as christmas. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. Melanie Faulhaber is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
We offer GLS, DPD or DHL Standard and Express delivery to Germany. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. After order confirmation the standard delivery takes place within 1–4 days and Express deliveries are normally delivered the next business day between 8am and 1pm. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by the deliverer so that you can rearrange delivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.

After order confirmation the delivery takes place:
to addresses in Germany within 1–4 days,to addresses in other European states within 2 – 7 days,to all other addresses within 4 – 10 days.
The delivery timeframes are merely indicative guidelines provided by the deliverer/ shipping company and do not constitute binding delivery dates.

Shipping is not inclusive of duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Further import costs may apply when a third country is involved (customs duties, import taxes and import turnover tax). These additional costs – which the buyer can enquire at the responsible customs office – shall be borne by the buyer.
If you are ordering more than one product at once, we will charge only one shipping amount. The system will automatically calculate the weight and dimensions of all items and select the appropriate parcel and cost.
You are provided with a tracking number or tracking link, that will be sent to you via email once your order is payed and ready to dispatch.
*For any deliveries on islands in EU our deliverer calculates a surcharge.
Nevertheless if you are not satisfied with any product, you have the chance to return it within fourteen (14) days after delivery date.
FAULHABER will accept returns for domestic handbag orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned handbags must in its unused, original condition, also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. Incomplete, damaged or altered items will not be accepted.
The return must be requested within 14 days from the delivery order.
If you would like to return or exchange your FAULHABER product please contact us beforehand in the event of a return and send us an email with your order confirmation and reason of return at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you a return-form and assist you with everything you need.
